County, no matter what the age or income level of the client.
Many people do not realize that Public Health is available to
all people. Oftentimes, they think we only serve people with low
incomes, which is not always the case.
My
name is Linda Read. My education includes an associates degree
in Nursing from North Iowa Area Community College and a bachelor's
degree in Science of Nursing from the University of Iowa. I have
been a Public Health nurse since 1987 and Service Manager of Family
and Community Health since 1992.

your independent lifestyle. Public Health nursing services are
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
