     Health Promotion and Education

The first JEL Youth Rally was held May 19, 2001 at North Iowa Area Community College to educate youth about the health benefits of living a tobacco-free life. It was a huge success! Before we held this community-wide rally, members of
Rock In Prevention came to schools in Cerro Gordo County (above).
They performed at both JEL rallies.
