Hepatitis A: series of two immunizations

2 - 18 years: $28.00 per dose
19 & older: $30.00 per dose

Hepatitis B: series of three immunizations

0 - 19 years: $25.00 per dose

20 years & older: $40.00 per dose

Varicella (Chickenpox):
series of two immunizations for ages 13+
$88.00 per dose
Also available through VFC program

MMR: Measles, Mumps, Rubella

$54.00 per dose

Td: Tetanus and Diphtheria (ages 7 & older)
$31.00 per dose
Tdap: Combination tetanus booster and pertussis vaccine. (ages 11 and older) $43.00 per dose

PPD Tuberculosis skin test
$10.00 per dose

Pneumonia: (PCV 7 Prevnar) for ages 2 months to 5 years.

Available only through VFC program
Pneumonia: (PPV) for ages 65 and older. If you are covered by Medicare Part B, please bring your card and Public Health will file your insurance papers for you.

MPSV4 ( Menomune) should be used for children ages 2-10 and adults over age 55 to protect against Meningococcal disease (meningitis)

MCV4 (Menactra) is the preferred vaccine for people age 11-55 to protect against
