Vaccine	Cost
Hepatitis A: series of two immunizations	2 - 18 years: $35.00 per dose Also available through VFC 19 & older: $30.00 per dose
Hepatitis B: series of three immunizations	0 - 19 years: $30.00 per dose Also available through VFC program 20 years & older: $40.00 per dose
Chickenpox: series of two immunizations	$95.00 per dose Also available through VFC program
MMR: Measles, Mumps, Rubella	$58.00 per dose Also available through VFC program
Td: Tetanus and Diphtheria (ages 7 & older)	$31.00 per dose
Tdap: Combination tetanus booster and pertussis vaccine. (ages 11 and older)	$47.00 per dose Also available through VFC program
PPD Tuberculosis skin test	$12.00 per dose
Pneumonia: (PCV 7) for ages 2 months to 5 years.	Available only through VFC program
Pneumonia: (PPV) for ages 65 and older. If you are covered by Medicare Part B, please bring your card and Public Health will file your insurance papers for you.	$58.00 per dose Also available through VFC program
Meningoccocal: for children ages 2-10 and adults over age 55	$115.00 per dose
MCV4 is the preferred vaccine for people age 11-55 to protect against Meningococcal disease (meningitis)	$115.00 per dose Also available through VFC program
IPV: Polio	Available only through VFC program
DTaP: Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (up to age 6)	Available only through VFC program
Hib: Haemophilus Influenzae Type B	Available only through VFC program
Rotavirus (Rotateq )	Available only through VFC program
Pediarix (combination of DTaP, Hep B, IPV)	Available only through VFC program
HPV: Human Papillomavirus: for females ages 9-26 only. A series of three shots.	$140.00 per dose. Also available through VFC program
Zostavax (Shingles)	$175.00 per dose.
